"I have recently had the pleasure of building a house through Sapphire Sky Homes. I found the personalised service, from concept plans through to lockup stage to be outstanding and I'm doubtful that the level of customer service, honesty, flexibility and attention to detail that I received, could be currently matched by anyone operating in the Albury/Wodonga area. From my experience, the pride in workmanship displayed, is directly attributable to Saphire Sky Homes being a local family owned and run business. Due to my development being a subdivision and build, on the rear of a hertiage listed existing house block, the project presented a number of difficulties which Sapphire Sky Homes dealt with in his stride. Sapphire Sky Homes custom designed the house to maximise, aspect, functionability, use of limited land and aesthetic appeal. "Our experience building with SSH was a pleasurable and satisfying one. The Sapphire Sky Homes team was meticulous in his approach to building our beautiful home and we were confident we were going to get exactly what we wanted, to the absolute highest quality. We were given the freedom to plan every aspect of our lovely home exactly the way we envisaged it. We weren’t rushed into making decisions and felt listened to and part of the process as Sapphire Sky Homes made our dreams become a reality. Knowing what can go wrong and hearing of building nightmares from friends and family, we are so grateful we chose to build with Sapphire Sky Homes. "Rural Housing Network Limited (RHNL) engaged Sapphire Sky Homes to construct four high quality homes in Wodonga under the Nation Building Economic Stimulus and Jobs Program. The four dwellings are let to our tenants at affordable rents and have now been in our hands for over twelve months. RHNL worked closely and constructively with Sapphire Sky Homes builders - Danny, James and Tom Komadina, and appreciated their professionalism and courtesy during the design and construction process.  RHNL required properties that would not only be affordable but that would be sustainable, energy efficient and low maintenance. Throughout the generous Defects Liability Period (DLP) even though there was minimal contact regarding defects, service was always prompt and efficient.
